Fabiola, cerca una tata a Bursinel

Je m'appelle Fabiola et je cherche une nounou à plein temps à partir de janvier 2026.
Nous sommes une famille vivant dans le canton de Vaud (à Dully), avec deux enfants : un de 14 mois et un de 3 ans et demi.
Ce que nous recherchons actuellement :
• Une personne de confiance et qualifiée, disponible pour travailler à plein temps (nous pouvons discuter ensemble des horaires exacts, mais comme nous travaillons tous les deux, nous aurions besoin de quelqu’un du lundi au vendredi).
• Francophone ou anglophone (l’anglais est un plus) – mon mari et moi sommes italiens et parlons italien à la maison. Nous parlons tous français.
• Idéalement avec permis de conduire – dans le cadre de notre accord, nous mettons une voiture à disposition pour les déplacements nécessaires.
• Avec l’envie de travailler avec nous sur le long terme – nous aimerions construire une relation stable et bienveillante pour les années à venir.
• Elle aura bien plus que les 25 jours de congés habituels par an, car nos enfants vont souvent en Italie chez leurs grands-parents (généralement pendant les vacances scolaires) – par exemple, notre nounou actuelle a eu 8 à 9 semaines de congés en 2025 (principalement en été, 2 semaines en juin et 2 à 3 en août).
• Notre aîné va à l’école 5 matins par semaine et en août prochain (2026), il rejoindra l’école publique (1P dans notre village, à Dully).

My name is Fabiola and I'm looking for a full time nanny as of January 2026.
We are a family living in canton Vaud (Dully), and have 2 kids: 1 of 14 months and 1 of of 3 years and a half.
What we are currently looking for:
• A trusted and qualified person that is willing to work full-time (we can discuss the exact hours together but as we both parents work we would need someone from Monday until Friday).
• French or English speaking (if English is a plus) - both me and my husband are Italian and speak Italian at home. All of us speak French.
• Ideally with driving license - within our agreement we give 1 car at disposal to drive when needed.
• With the wish of working with us long term - we would love to build a kind and stable relationship to keep her the next years
• She will have way more than 25 days of usual holiday per year as our kids are often going to Italy to spend time with their grandparents (normally during school holidays) - i.e. our nanny had 8/9 weeks off in 2025 (mostly in Summer 2 weeks in June and 2/3 in August)
• Our eldest is going to school 5 mornings a week and next August (2026) he will join the public school (1p in our village, Dully)
