We are a warm, family-oriented household with strong traditional values and are looking for a loving, reliable, and experienced Nanny to support us on a long-term basis. We have a young child and a baby, and are seeking someone who naturally fits into a caring and respectful family environment.

Profile Requirements:
• Good command of German (additional languages are a plus but not required)
• Solid experience with children, toddlers, and infants; professional references preferred
• Warm, patient, friendly, and genuinely caring personality
• Open-minded, positive, and confident in handling all daily routines with young children
• Highly reliable, responsible, and discreet
• Flexible availability for approx. 4–5 days per week (including occasional evenings if agreed)
• Strong skills in infant and toddler care: feeding, changing, soothing, structured play, naps, sleep routines
• Enjoys engaging children through play, reading, outdoor activities, and age-appropriate learning
• Willing to support with light child-related tasks (organizing children’s areas, preparing simple meals for the children, keeping their things tidy)
• Respects privacy, maintains professional boundaries, and values long-term collaboration
