Hi, my name is Ivette, but everybody calls me Ivy. I am a warm, caring and reliable babysitter with over two years of continuous experience caring for the same family’s children (age 2 and 4 when I started), as well as seasonal work at a summer camp (group of 1-2 year olds). I’ve studied psychology and I am currently completing my master’s degree to become a therapist. Working with children has been, so far, the most rewarding experience both personally and professionally. As a nanny, I have learned a lot about emotional regulation, accountability, setting healthy boundaries, and being a positive role model. As a childcare assistant in the summer camp, I learned how to manage large groups of children, stay attentive to their needs, and create loads of fun activities. With the kids, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading stories, singing, dancing and doing arts and crafts together.
