We are an Italian-German family living in Wädenswil with our two girls (the eldest is almost three, the youngest will be one year old at the end of March), we are looking for an exceptional nanny to come home to look after our girls and help them grow and thrive. Our girls love being outdoors exploring nature and love books, duplo, play dough and music.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative and someone with experience who understands the importance of promoting a child's development and independence. As a trilingual family (Italian-German-English), we would appreciate someone who is fluent in one of the following languages: Italian, English, French or German.

Key Requirements:
- Responsible for the overall daily care of the 2 girls, keeping them safe and happy and helping them grow and thrive
- Create a loving, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Meet the social, emotional and physical needs of our girls
- Provide age-appropriate activities to teach and actively promote the girls' development, both physically and intellectually
- Assist with grooming and hygiene
- Keep the girls' rooms organized and tidy
- Encourage outdoor exploration, regardless of the weather
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks and feed our girls
- Clean up after self and the girls (kitchen after meals, bathroom after bath time, putting away toys at the end of the day, etc.)
- Take the girls on age-appropriate outings
- Put the girls to bed for naps, read bedtime stories, etc.
- Do the family's laundry: washing, folding and putting away clothes
- Small household chores: vacuuming, general cleaning and tidying up, occasional grocery shopping, occasional meal preparation
- Mom works from home four days a week
- Dad works from home two days a week

Work hours (forty-two hours a week)
Monday - eight thirty to five thirty
Tuesday - eight thirty to five thirty
Wednesday - nine to five
Thursday - eight thirty to five thirty
Friday - nine to three
