Thea, suche eine gemeinsame Betreuung (Genève)

Hello! We’re a friendly British family living in Geneva’s Old Town, looking for another family to share a full-time nanny with starting in September or October 2025.

We have two boys:
A baby born in early May 2025, who will be around 5 months old at the start of the share
A 4-year-old who will attend school during the day

We both work full time, so we’re looking for a nanny share Monday to Friday, approx. 8:30–18:00. We're open to hosting, though we’d ideally prefer the nanny to be based at your home, or to alternate between homes if that suits both sides.

We haven’t yet found a nanny and would love to collaborate on finding someone with another family. We’re keen to find a French-speaking nanny to help support bilingual language development.

We’re ideally like to share with a family whose child is a similar age, but we’re flexible and would be open to families sharing with older/younger kids.
