I am a psychologist with training in anxiety and stress management, and I am currently completing a master’s degree in family therapy. I also have training in yoga for children and adults, including pregnancy and postpartum. I provide caring and respectful childcare, focused on children’s emotional and physical well-being, promoting healthy habits and creative, screen-free activities. I have over five years of experience caring for children of different ages and have worked as a swimming instructor for babies as well as a yoga instructor for children and adults. I consider myself responsible, patient, and creative, and I enjoy creating safe and stimulating environments where children can explore their imagination and develop in a calm and healthy way.
