Luciana, Nanny zu Hause (Basel)

Hi! My name is Luciana!
I am Brazilian/Italian and I come from a big family of 21 Uncles and Aunts (12 from my father and 11 from my mother) where all live in the same city in Brazil. Saying that, my experience taking care of children started in a really young age, when I was called to look after my cousins. It was always a pleasure to be around children, all their imagination and creativity.
I lived in a few places, what made me aware of the diversity of cultures in our world and I learned to respect all of them. While in London, I worked as a Health Care assistant for 4 years, and Assistant Teacher for special needs young adults for about 8 months, all experiences that helped me to developed skills to deal with different situations.
I love the outdoors and I love researching games that help the development of children.
I am a very responsible person and it is important to me that we have a good communication in between the parents and I.
I speak Portuguese and English, basic to intermediate French and a bit of Spanish. I am still learning German, currently studying A2.2.
Certificate of First Aid Course for children by the Red Cross held in Switzerland.
Experience working with enteral nutrition and special care.
