Dutch family is looking for a Nanny-Governess to care for our son (14 months old). Both parents work extensively and need someone reliable and responsible to take care of our son.

Child age: Boy, 14 months
Start date: 01/08/2019
Location: Chambésy, Geneva
Days; Hours: Eight in the morning to Six thirty in the afternoon Monday-Thursday - 40 effective hours.

When our son is sleeping and during the day the nanny would help as a house manager - preparing activities, ensuring his timetable is adequate and allow for the day to run smoothly, doing healthy food shopping, and preparing balanced meals. The family does not have a cleaner at home, so housekeeping and tidying would be expected.
Conditions: Full-time, live-out;
Weekends and Nights: Occasionally
Travel with the family: Not expected
Languages required: Fluent in either French, English,
Pets: no pets

Main Tasks:

• Taking Care of our son in the morning.

• Preparing weekly schedules

• Educational activities

• Preparing meals

• Coordinating social activities and playdates

• Level/extent of cooking required: Healthy, balanced meals, home-made meals for our son

Requirements:

• Valid Swiss work permit / EU passport

• At least 25 years old

• Able to swim

• First Aid qualified

• Non-smoker, healthy, fit and active

• Minimum of 2 years of experience

• Someone responsible, caring, well-organised, enthusiastic,

• A professional nanny with a positive mind and strong organisation skills.

• Able to provide healthy meals, to instill good manners and discipline, to supervise homework, and to be generally autonomous in her day-to-day organisation to ensure that our son follow a routine that allows for playing and educational activities.

• The role will include establishing a nurturing and educational environment, structured in a professional manner, whilst ensuring that age-appropriate activities are arranged to ensure our son meet his developmental needs.
