the person must be able to cook decent healthy, and mostly Mediterranean non or mildly spicy food, able to integrate (religion fanatics and strongly opinionated people are not welcome in our house). The person must have an open mind and have excellent western table manners. Kids' schedules and education are very strict and not negotiable.

The person must be educated to an acceptable level and able to entertain conversations with adults in the house and relate wisely to the children.

the person has to be able to make kids performing activities by themselves, and keep an eye on any deviance from the standards wanted by the parents.

preferred languages are English, Italian, French, and Danish, any other language would not be considered as a plus.

house cleaning is lesser important, however, some weekly hours of cleaning will be required.

The person should be ideally into an educational program or interested to grow her/his education.

Driving license would be ideal, owning a car not necessary nor encouraged, we literally have a garage with a single car, and there are no parking facilities around where I live.

To be noticed, there is no television in my house, and we do not encourage children to watch any. Computing and time spent on screens are heavily regulated, and we do not encourage the candidate to entertain the children with anything which has not previously authorized by the parents.
