French family living in Conches (Geneva) looking for an English Speaking Nanny-Housekeeper to join the family by february 2019. We have two children aged 7 and 5 years old. The nanny would be responsible for looking after the girls, some housekeeping and cooking healthy family meals. We are looking for someone flexible who would be happy to travel with us when we go for ski weekends and holidays (in Europe). If you are someone creative, with a happy personality and lots of energy as well as very mature and responsible, we will be very happy to meet you.
Languages required: Fluent English
Start date: February/March 2019
Conditions: Live-In / Long-term at least 2 years.
Days Hours: Monday to Saturday . Saturday afternoon and Sunday off
Main Tasks:
Full nanny duties - feeding, bathing, walks outdoors
Playing, going to the park, making arts and crafts, doing stimulating activities adapted to age range
Bathing, reading stories
Baking cookies and cakes with children
Cooking balanced family meals
Light housekeeping, help keeping a tidy environment
Managing playroom and children rooms
Helping with errands and grocery shopping
Fetching children from school and activities
Ideal Candidate:
Native/Excellent English Speaker
Someone who enjoys spending time with children, organizing fun activities and is creative and motivated.
Experience as a nanny for this age group
Good cooking skills. Able to follow a recipe
Happy and able to travel with our family (we would notify in advance)
Mature, independent and flexible
Dynamic and organised. Available to make herself busy.
Requirements:
Having a work permit or a EU passport
Speak fluent English
Able and interested to live-in
Flexible and able to travel in Europe
Benefits:
Long-term contract, at least two years
Separate bedroom with private bathroom and independent access.
