NANNY / FAMILY MANAGER – KILCHBERG (ZH)
Approx. 25–30 hours/week | Long-term position

We are a family living in Kilchberg, near Zurich, looking for a reliable, experienced and caring Nanny / Family Manager to help us with our two young children and the organisation of our family life.

The position is approximately 25–30 hours/week, with some flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends and additional support when needed.

Main responsibilities

Childcare

* Kita / school pick-ups
* Caring for the children
* Playing and organising age-appropriate activities
* Preparing their meals
* Bath and evening routines
* Occasional babysitting

Family / household support

* Preparing simple family meals
* Children’s laundry
* Tidying and organising the children’s bedrooms, clothes and belongings
* Preparing bags/items needed for Kita, school or activities
* Light household organisation related to the children
* Helping with other reasonable family-management tasks when needed

We already have separate cleaning help, so this is not a cleaning position.

Profile

We are looking for someone who:

* Has solid experience caring for young children
* Is reliable, organised and proactive
* Can work independently and take initiative
* Is looking for a stable, long-term position
* Is comfortable combining childcare with family-management tasks
* Has references
* Is legally entitled to work in Switzerland
* speaks German or French

Salary: competitive, depending on experience
