Hello,
I am living in Pregny-chambesy. I'm seeking a reliable, kind person who can relate to me and my 3 year old son, as if they were my sister :-). The babysitter / Nanny must be flexible and be available at short notice. I may be open to the possibility that my child can be minded in the nanny/babysitters home, but may also need the babysitter/nanny to be available sometimes to come to my home. Initially I will just need some help for a few hours per week, (anything from 4 to 12 hours) starting end of June. As I plan to go back to work I will need a guarantee that my son can be cared for full time e.g. (8am to 5pm) but this may not occur until August/September and will only be possible if my son is happy and comfortable in your care. Furthermore, the nanny/babysitter must be understanding and easy to talk to, warm and friendly, just like a sister would be to me!
The nanny must:
Understand and be able to practice conscious parenting
Understand the difference between discipline and punishment (who does not punish).
Respects that children are people, people with feelings and who need help dealing with challenges
Respect that I do not give products with added refined sugar to my child, and the carer must respect this rule too.
