Sega, garde enfant à Haute-nendaz 1997

Mature and experienced, with an active lifestyle and love of the outdoors, I spend my winters in Nendaz, Switzerland, where I co-own a ski school. I am passionate about personal development through sport, and know the importance of developing a well-rounded individual.
My past roles working with children reflect my reliable, hard working and patient character; and knowing how influential a role model can be on a young person.
In my spare time I like to read, to travel, and to participate in a number of sports including kite surfing, gymnastics, rowing, golf, and snowboarding.

My previous full-time nanny position was for a Berkshire family with 3 children aged 4, 7 and 9 years old. The family had an incredibly active lifestyle which required me to be punctual and organised with 3 different schedules of activities to coordinate. This was mirrored in the food preparation as I was required to provide healthy meals from scratch, and this often had to be done in advance to meet the children's timetables. During the summer holidays I was lucky to spend a lot of time with the children allowing me to create mini projects and days out to encourage both their creative and sporty sides. I am still in contact with the family having recently spent some time skiing with them in the Alps!

As a ski instructor, I teach children as young as 2 years old, but I enjoy being with active children of all ages.
