About me: a 36 yo former Natural Pharmacist turned a Transformational Life Coach and I'm slooowly building my vision and future business while traveling and now in Ticino again, where I lived for the past 8 years- hence in my free time I study, I coach, I train, I dance, I'm into nature or I'm into silent mode xx I'm also a Yoga teacher and a Contemporary/ Contact Improvisation Dancer! Yoga, pilates, dancing, meditation, music and outdoors are part of my daily routine. I'm a very organised and habits-lover person, as a Coach I love to empower people to live an aligned purposeful life with all tools I embodied through my long own healing and explorative journey - which never ends! I love to be surrounded by same vibing people that love growth, personal development, nature, outdoors, music and arts, good food and that communicate clearly and hold strong boundaries xx
