I’m a university student currently studying for my Bachelors degree in “Early Childhood” and have three years of professional childcare experience as an Au Pair, Nanny and Educator within a Montessori school & Day Nursery.

EXPERIENCE

In 2019 I was an Au Pair for a family in Lausanne where I worked full time caring for two children ( 6 mois & 6 ans ) for the duration of 14 months.
During my time with this family I was entrusted with the following duties ;

- Creating fun and engaging play and learning opportunities for the children
- Taking the children on outings ( eg. Pool, museums, parc )
- Preparing balanced meals and snacks for the children
- Assisting in hygiene routines ( eg. changing diapers, bathing etc )
- Assistance with homework
- Teaching English as a second language
- Light Housework

Then in 2020 I took on an internship at a Ofsted rated “OUTSTANDING” Montessori school & day nursery where I got to experience working with a range of age groups from 0 mois - 4 ans.
In this role I created activities all aimed toward helping the children with their development and assisted in general care for class sizes of an average of 9. children.
