I ́m Nikol from the Czech Republic. I've been a nanny for 4 years and have experience with children from newborn age to 7 years old.
I love supporting children to explore their world and new situations. Communication and respect for children is very important for me. Therefore, I take a lot of time to explain everything to them. In addition, if something is not optimal for a child and he/she needs to let emotions out, I always support the emotional processes.
I enjoy doing arts and crafts. At the same time, I like to spend a lot of time outside if it's possible. I often read books, tell some stories or explore something new.
