My name is Claudia Hess and I’m a passionate early childhood educator that studied and worked in Montessori. I have dual Swiss/ South African citizenship and have been living in Zurich for almost 2 years. I came to Switzerland as an Au Pair for a 6 month old baby and in my second year started working in a Kita with children 3months- 4 years old. In South Africa I worked for 3 years with the toddlers 18months- 3 years old in a Montessori school and before that 1 year with the 3-6 year olds in a Montessori. I am a passionate teacher trying to find her place in Switzerland. I lived for two years with my host parents and it went very well. I love working with children and also teaching them and planting the seeds of knowledge, Montessori always said that: “the child is the future of man” and I fully agree!!
