I am a responsible, committed, and adaptable person with the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in new environments. I completed four years of Psychology studies, developing a strong interest in Educational Psychology. During my studies, I gained knowledge in child and adolescent development, learning processes, psychological assessment, psychoeducational intervention, and emotional support within educational settings.

Throughout my academic training, I participated in activities involving the support and guidance of children and adolescents, which allowed me to strengthen skills such as communication, empathy, observation, teamwork, and problem-solving. These experiences reinforced my commitment to promoting positive learning environments and supporting the overall well-being of individuals.

In addition, I have experience in customer service, where I developed strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills while working in fast-paced environments. I am known for my willingness to learn, my sense of responsibility, and my ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent service.

I am currently living in Switzerland and highly motivated to join the workforce, continue developing my professional skills, and contribute with dedication, reliability, and a positive attitude while embracing new opportunities and challenges.
