Ainara, nourrice à Lugano 6900

Hi!
My name is Ainara, I am from Barcelona, and I am moving to Lugano with my boyfriend in the end of January/start of February (we're flexible). I am an Early
Years / Kindergarten Educator. I did an Advanced Vocational Training in Spain, that I finished just one year ago, in June of 2024.
I believe that children must be educated according to each individual’s needs and interests, so an educator’s job is to find out what the children’s passions are, and help them nurture them. I especially enjoy spending time in nature with children and watching them explore and discover the world around them.

My own education journey as a child was always in what in Spain we call “free or alive schools”, all of them followed the currents of Waldorf-Steiner, Montessori and Pikler. I believe that my own education is what has given me my passion for education itself and my passion for childhood and education.
I have a lot of experience working with young children, mostly between the ages of 2 and 7 years old. I worked as an educator at three different schools. All of them were also “free or alive schools”, some of them were the ones I went to as a child. Free/alive education means that the philosophy believes in educating children as a whole, so not just academically, but also emotionally and in all aspects of their development, Adjusting all activities to their evolution and giving them a lot of free time to explore their surroundings and their relationship with their equals and with adults.

Aside, I have been a babysitter for many years, for multiple families. But with two of them I have worked for 2 and 3 years each. I spent time with the children (aged 3-11 years old) between two to three times a week. I am currently looking for a job that is related to children’s education and would love to find a family to work for and take care of your children.
