Dutch mother and French father, so it would be great if the nounou speaks one of those languages (or English). We are a biologist and architect, and love art (musea, expositions), watch movies (home or cinema) and be in nature.
We look for a nanny who like is active, wants to go to the park, is creative (paint, draw, make stuff), and stimulate the baby to play and develop. Although, we like movies...we would not like the nanny to let the baby watch tv.
