I do work in an hospital so I do irregular shifts at present.
I will provide my work shifts one or two months in advance.
I won't need any help on wednesdays nor weekends.
I have a 3y old boy who goes to the jardin d'enfants half day, one 10y old daughter and a 8y old son that are very indipendent. They need to be picked up at lunch time and than at 4pm. They also have some sport activities after school on monday and thursday.
