My baby is 5 month old and i am looking for someone to look after him on Mondays when i work from home. I would also ask for light housekeeping when baby is sleeping for example. Trust, care of a high quality, organization, English speaking and education around a child is important for me. Other days in a week i may ask for babysitting as a one off and in case it fits the schedule of the nanny.
