I'm slowly transitioning back to work and need someone to watch my 1 and 3 year old when I work from home. Will most likely increase hours as I take on more work but for now only need someone here from afternoons until dad gets home. For now, nanny will not be alone with kids to help with transitioning, eventually I'd like to be able to run errands as well (when we go to more hours/days)or nanny could take the kids out. I work for myself so schedule can be quite flexible. We do take covid precautions very seriously in our home so would also prefer someone who is doing the same.
