Katherine, garde enfant à Frauenfeld

Hello,

My name is Katherine and I grew up in Harare, Zimbabwe but I have lived in Switzerland for the past year and a half. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and French and am currently completing a Master’s degree in Business Analytics (remotely due to coronavirus). English is my mother tongue, but I also speak French and have just begun German lessons but am still at a very basic level.

I have worked as an Au Pair for the past year and a half, completing three contracts with a French/English speaking family in Vaud, a Swiss German/Venezuelan family in Zurich and a German/Peruvian family in Zurich. In addition I have plenty of experience working as a teacher’s assistant at home in Zimbabwe: an assistant in a special needs primary school, an assistant to the art department in a primary school and an assistant in a play group/day care for 2-3 year olds, so I have lots of ideas and experience in coming up with fun and creative activities with children.

I am looking for part-time, live-out work that fits around my university schedule and would be happy to see how I may be able to join and help your family out.
