Marina, baby sitter a Genève

My name is Marina, I’m 28 years old. I’m from Spain, but I am currently living in Geneva. I have experience working with children for several years.

I’m calm, reliable, responsible, kind and friendly person, but my main skill is that I’m very creative. I like to use games and creativity for teaching and learning. My mother tongue is Spanish, I speak English fluently and I’m learning and improving my French. I love working with children. I love the way they are and I’m interested in education issues. I can help with the housework, I have learned to cook very well, I like to do everything with love and I do my best in everything I do.

About my experience as a nanny: While I was studying at university I was a nanny for a family. I picked the children up from school. I was responsible for 3 children, they were between 5 and 12 years old. Then I was a nanny for another family for 2 years. They were two children, they were 7 and 10 years old.

I have been a dance teacher in a dance school for a few years. I tried to make my classes fun and this was a great learning for me.

Other experience was in a school. I was the support teacher for after school activities. My responsibility was to play games with the children. Sometimes we did stories, sometimes we did theatre or handicrafts as well. I had a group of 10 children, they were between 3 and 6 years old.

My last experience was this last year in Geneva. I have been working with a family as a full time nanny and governess. I took care of a baby and a little girl of 3 years old. This has been my biggest and best experience for me. I have spent a lot of time with them and I have been able to learn a lot during all this time. Especially about motherhood and taking care of a baby.

I have an official qualification of Leisure Time Instructor. In Spain I have worked in children's camps. Doing activities and games during the summer holidays.
