Hello! I am a graduate in Psychopedagogy from Anáhuac University in Mexico and an incoming Master’s student in Neuroscience at the University of Geneva. Originally from Mexico, I moved to Switzerland three years ago and have since gained valuable experience supporting children’s development while working as an AuPair and childcare professional.
During my time in Switzerland, I have had the opportunity to support two wonderful families and care for children from newborn to 8 years old. This experience has allowed me to become familiar with Swiss family life, routines, and values, while also adapting to different family backgrounds and individual needs.
My background in Psychopedagogy allows me to provide more than everyday care: I focus on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can develop their emotional, cognitive, language, and motor skills through play, exploration, and meaningful daily interactions.
I enjoy preparing age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, independence, and confidence, while supporting children in developing emotional regulation, social skills, and healthy routines. I believe that the early years of life are essential for building a strong foundation for learning and wellbeing, and I approach each child with patience, respect, and attention to their unique personality and developmental needs.
Having lived in Switzerland for the past three years, I have developed a strong appreciation for Swiss values such as reliability, structure, respect, and fostering children’s independence. I would be happy to continue supporting families by providing a warm, safe, and development-focused environment where children feel encouraged to explore, learn, and grow.
