Easygoing and uncomplicated babysitter in dübendorf

We are an Italian family living in Dübendorf and we are interested in hiring a babysitter for helping us with our two daughters (7yo and 1 yo).
Requirements:
- easygoing and uncomplicated person
- must speak two of these languages at intermediate level: English, Italian, and/or German
- we privilege attitude with kids over experience
