Here are more details on us. We live in the center of Lausanne in an appartement where you would live with us in your own room. We are a relatively young family I'm 28 and my husband 36 years old with two kids (a boy of 2.5 years and a girl of 1year). We both have to work 100% and therefore we need someone to help us and in whom we can trust! We would offer you full housing and a compensation but we would need someone motivated and passionate about the work. That said here are more information on us:

- KIDS:
The kids are very kind. Our boy doesn't speak yet but he loves playing lego, puzzles, music, ... Our daughter is always smiling and is really easy going. At home the main language is German with the kids although my husband speak French with them (Lausanne is in the French speaking part of Switzerland). We would prefer someone that speaks German or English with the kids but French or English would be fine.

- KIDS PROGRAM:
We are looking for an au pair that could help us in taking care of the kids from early morning (07h00) to end afternoon. Our boy is going 50% of the week time to a baby school. Our girl stay at home for the moment but still sleep a lot. We would need you to help to prepare the kids in the morning or before bed, bring/pick up the boy at the school (15 minutes walking or by bus), prepare food for next day, help cleaning their clothes in addition to all the fun activities you could have as well with them. On Tuesday you would have to go with our boy to the music academy, you don't need to sing but if you want you can;) We would also need some help to keep the place always clean on a day to day basis but the appartement is cleaned once a week by a cleaning lady. If you like to cook, we would certainly appreciate to let you organize some of the meals;) Food is important for us, we like bio/healthy food but would be happy to buy other food that are important for you!

Once a week you would have a rest day but we still need your help in the morning and evening. We also go out for dinner or sport once or twice during the week and have friends coming for dinner at home. On the week-end we would all take care of the kids. We often go off the week-end to the mountain in a small chalet or to the lake or other places because it's fun. Once a month, we would ask you to take care of the kids for the week-end.

- LOVE * INTELLIGENCE * PROACTION:
We are looking for an experienced au pair that would be loving and responsible at the same time. We like to educate our kids without tv, smartphone, computer. So the au pair should feel at ease playing, singing, swimming, painting, ... what ever other activities that you think will be great for them. Also we don't want to punish them with physical sanction (smacking, beating, ...) but rather with a certain diplomacy, explanation (although with discipline). The au pair should anticipate and actively do whatever it's needed to help the children.

- FAMILY MEMBER:
We are looking for someone that would feel at ease with us as a family member. Someone that see always things with a positive view and would be a main driver in our kids education. Someone that would have enough love to always take the best decision in kids interest. Someone that want to be part of our family as a real member.
