An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and loving nanny to join a relaxed, multicultural European family (Spanish-Baltic-British-Swiss). As first-time parents, we are expecting our daughter in May 2025 and are seeking a dedicated career nanny (not an Au Pair) who is passionate about providing high-quality care for babies and supporting our dynamic lifestyle. **About the Role**
- **Start Date:** Mid-May or June 2025 (expected due date: May 2), flexible.
- **Child:** One newborn daughter.
- **Accommodation:**
- Full board (meals included) in a penthouse with a private bedroom and bathroom.
- Shared use of an SUV (BMW X5), mainly used by the family on weekends.
- **Working Hours:**
- Full-time, 5–6 days per week, 42 hours/week.
- Flexible hours as the baby grows (around 30 hours).
- One or two days off per week (usually Saturdays and Sundays).
- Availability for night care during the baby’s first months.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Loving care and developmental support for the child with age-appropriate activities.
- Assisting with daily routines such as:
- Preparing meals for the baby.
- Helping with daily tasks like feeding, changing diapers, meal prep, and light household chores related to baby care (e.g., tidying, laundry management).
- Day/night feeding, soothing, and comforting at night.
- General household tasks as needed, including ironing and grocery shopping.
- Helping with family meal preparation if required.
- Accompanying the family on holidays if needed.
- Adapting to a mix of sole charge, shared care, and proxy parenting as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience caring for babies or young children is a plus, but personal experience (such as raising your own child) is also valued.
- Significant experience with newborns and infants.
- Reliable, warm, patient, and flexible personality with a genuine passion for childcare.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English, as well as one of the following: Spanish, German, Latvian, Russian, Italian, Portuguese, Swiss-German, or French (ideally fluent in British English, Spanish, and German).
- Non-smoker.

What We Offer
• Salary: Competitive package and long-term opportunity with a salary of $40, 000 USD (approx. €35, 000) per year, adjusted over time as hours decrease and more free time is given to the nanny.
