My name is Paulette, and I am a warm, energetic and dedicated childcare professional with a true passion for early childhood. I currently work as a Head Teacher in a Montessori school with children aged 3 to 18 months and have completed my AMI Montessori 0–3 training. With years of experience and a lifelong connection to education, I offer more than care — I provide a calm, loving and developmentally informed environment where your child feels safe, understood and encouraged to grow.
Through careful observation and personalised support, I nurture independence, emotional security and natural curiosity, always respecting each child’s unique rhythm. I am responsible, attentive and deeply committed to building trusting relationships with both children and families.
