Aliki, assistente all’infanzia professionale a Rolle

Hello, my name is Aliki I’m 25 years old and I live in Rolle. I am currently looking for part-time roles in childcare in the Nyon-Rolle-Morges area with families to fit around my upcoming university studies.

I am a friendly, organised, caring person and remain positive when facing difficult situations. I like getting to know people and finding out about their interests and background and am a caring individual who is passionate about working with children. My successful experience over the last two years working with two families has provided me with a solid foundation for future positions.

I have completed training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and did my practice of a full year in a SEN school in Chania, Crete, Greece. These studies were combined with primary teaching from ages 0-6, which I studied in Athens. I am particularly passionate about this field of education. Next year I will be beginning university studies in the field of social work.

So far, I have worked for two families in Switzerland, the first with two young boys aged 3 months and 2.5 years, and the second with a girl of 15 months. My daily routines were varied, and required me to coordinate their daily activities, implementing intellectual games while also looking after their nutritional needs. I had also to make activities and art-crafts. I enjoyed these roles very much and gained a wide range of experiences from them.

I like my working environment to be one without conflicts or negative behaviour, and one where problems can be discussed maturely and constructively. I like to be given constructive criticism and welcome discussions on how I can improve my working practice and how to fit what the employer expects.

I am a hands-on person who greatly enjoys planning activities and taking care of children. I am flexible and patient and am able to build solid relationships with people of all ages. I believe communication with parents is very important for better cooperation.

I have skills in sports and arts that I would be able to implement in my daily routine with the children. I have a competent level of English and currently studying French.
