Extra pair of hands wanted: Childcare & Household Help
We’re a young multi-cultural family in Eaux-Vives with two boys, aged 3.5 years and 1 year, looking for a kind, responsible and trustworthy person to help us out occasionally. We’re looking for around 3–4 times per month to start, mainly evenings and weekends. The idea is simply to have an extra pair of hands when we need some backup.
Depending on the day, this could mean:
* Playing with or looking after the boys
* Helping with the kids while we’re at home, and eventually staying with them while we step out
* Folding or putting away laundry
* Tidying the kitchen
* Helping with small household tasks
No expectation to look after both boys from day 1, we’d rather build up to that naturally.
We’re especially looking for a native Swedish- or English-speaking person, as we’d love for the boys to have more opportunities to hear and practice.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone kind, responsible, respectful towards children, and someone we can trust. Formal childcare or cleaning experience isn’t necessary; we’re mainly looking for someone reliable who enjoys being around children and is happy to pitch in as needed.
We’re in Eaux-Vives, with buses 2, 6 and 9 serving the area.
