Hello,

We are looking for someone to help watch our little one at our house in Geneva, (he is nineteen months old). We are looking for someone who loves teaching children, has natural patience with them, who can create a positive environment and simply someone who loves being with children as they grow, explore and learn new things.

It is important to us that we find someone who is on the same page as us with respect to how we raise our child, particularly on how we speak, discipline, teach and play with our son (as well as what we feed him). We appreciate someone who is flexible, but structured. Someone who is professional and fun and we prefer direct communication styles and honesty – these traits are very important to us.

English is required, but Spanish or French is desired and the preferred working language with our son if possible. The hours are negotiable, but ideally we are looking for a Monday-Friday arrangement, eight hours a day. We also need a colleague who can travel since I sometimes have business trips where my son will need to come, (all expenses are paid). In addition to watching our son, we would like someone to help with light housecleaning to help keep the nursery and salon child friendly and clean.

We are also interested / open to a family to share a nounou with.
