It is important for this family to find someone who is open about what works or not, what you recommend for the child etc. and is also important to be consequent, punctual and resourceful. This family is active and sportive. They also like to travel and they would like to bring their nanny with them during vacation (in Switzerland and abroad). If the nanny works more than the agreed schedule, they will compensate financially.
